support a 24 bed unit providing specialized care to patients with a
variety of cardiac diagnoses. - Department: Cardiac Pre/Post

High School Diploma or GED, required. 4 Year / Bachelors Degree,
preferred. - Experience: One year relevant experience, preferred. -
Licensure/Certification: - Current RN licensure in appropriate
state, required. - ENPC, TNCC or CEN; preferred. - NC state
approved curricula for restrictive interventions (facility
specific) within 3 months of hire, required. What You'll Do: - The
Cardiac Pre? and Post?Procedure Unit provides comprehensive care
for patients with heart failure, those recovering from CAS
(coronary artery stenting) procedures, and individuals undergoing
complex cardiac interventions. Our services include EKG monitoring,
intravenous vasoactive medication administration, NSTEMI
(non-ST?elevation myocardial infarction) treatment, peri?operative
support for permanent pacemaker placement, and management of
cardiac arrhythmias. - The Registered Nurse will prioritize
building genuine, personalized relationships with each patient and
their chosen support network. - Through close collaboration with
physicians and multidisciplinary team members, we assess, plan,
implement, and continuously evaluate individualized care
strategies. - Grounded in the latest scientific evidence and deep
empathy, we guide patients through every step of their cardiac
health journey.
