Job Description:

Assist the Director of Nursing in the supervision and management of
the nursing staff to ensure compassionate, effective, and efficient
delivery of high-quality clinical care. Implement healthcare
quality assessment and control systems in coordination with
regulatory compliance and internal standards. Participate in the
development of nursing protocols and procedures. Oversee the
continuous education, training, and professional development of the
nursing staff. Manage patient care plans, ensuring all practices
are evidence-based and up-to-date. Facilitate collaboration among
nursing staff, doctors, and other medical professionals to ensure
optimal patient outcomes. Assist in budgeting and resource
allocation to maximize departmental efficiency and effectiveness.
Proven leadership and organizational skills Strong communication
and interpersonal skills Knowledge of healthcare regulations and
accreditation standards Proficient in managing clinical care and
patient-centered approaches Adept in using electronic health record
(EHR) systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance
Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the
state of practice Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
certification preferred
