The nurse will assess the effectiveness of care delivered by other caregivers and coordinate patient care with various departments. Upholding patient rights and maintaining confidentiality is essential, as is performing responsibilities in alignment with our mission, values, and service standards. Qualifications Education: Must be a graduate from an accredited nursing program with one of the following: Associate Degree in Nursing Nursing Diploma Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Licensure: A current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Missouri or compact licensure is required, in accordance with state nursing board regulations. Experience: Previous hospital experience is preferred and may be necessary based on the unit. Certifications: Required: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association, or completion within 30 days of hire. Preferred Qualifications: Education: BSN is preferred Licensure: Additional state licenses or specialty certifications are preferred Experience: Prior experience in a specialty area or similar clinical environment Physical Requirements: Ability to regularly push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs Prolonged standing and walking throughout the shift Capability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat as necessary to perform nursing duties Why Join Us?
