Adult Home Health experience License: Must have valid license in
hand Certifications: CPR, BLS Must-Have: Recent Home Health
experience Description: Home visits are required as part of this
position. Periodic office meetings will take place. Reliable
transportation is necessary. A current driver’s license and
agency-required liability insurance are required. The average
number of patients per day is 5-6. Contractors will be assigned
between 5-10 patients per day. Assignments equate to roughly 6-8
points per day. Guaranteed hours are not available. If there is a
situation where the contractor is unable to meet financial needs
due to low patient census, please reach out to management for
support. Types of cases include Start of Care and Follow-Ups.
Candidates must be willing to travel up to 75 miles from the home
clinic. Mileage will be reimbursed at the IRS standard rate.
Travelers will be compensated from patient home to patient home.
The commute to and from the first and last patient is not billable.
Candidates must accept every patient on their schedule regardless
of distance. All documentation must be completed within 24 hours of
each patient appointment. Delayed or incomplete documentation that
impacts patient care may result in cancellation of assignments.
There are no guaranteed hours with this contract. Weekly
productivity points of 30 must be achieved for full-time hours.
On-call requirements vary and will be discussed during the
interview. Home health experience is required. Requirements
