supervisory skills Description: The ICU Registered Nurse will
assume responsibility for assessing, planning, and implementing
direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per-shift basis.
This role includes responsibility for the supervision of staff to
whom appropriate care is delegated. The position is accountable to
support the Chief Nursing Officer to ensure high-quality, safe, and
appropriate nursing care. The role requires competency in clinical
staff and appropriate resource management related to patient care.
