Radiology Tech Location: Charlotte, NC Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,917 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/23/2026 About the Position Job Title: Interventional Radiology Tech Profession: Allied Specialty: Interventional Radiology Duration: 6 weeks Shift: 10hr Day Shift Hours per Shift: 40 (0800 – 1700) Experience: Minimum of 1 year required License: BLS, ARRT-R Certifications: BLS, ACLS Must-Have: Confident clinical skill set with the ability to work in a fast-paced, high patient acuity environment. Good communication skills and a helpful, team-oriented attitude. Description: This position is for an Interventional Radiology Tech on a 6-week contract. The facility averages 25-30 patients per day. The role involves working with adults and pediatrics from various units and outpatient settings across a full spectrum of radiology exams and diagnoses. A lead tech, modality supervisor, and Imaging Manager provide support within the department. Team members range from new graduates to seasoned professionals, ensuring a diverse experience level. The technology used includes EMR: EPIC, with specific equipment such as Siemens single-plane, Siemens bi-plane, and Cannon bi-plane. Travelers will not rotate between weekends and weekdays but will remain on day shifts as specified in the contract. Call schedules vary and are staffed based on fair rotation. Travelers are expected to assist with holiday coverage unless prior approval is obtained. The department fosters good teamwork and high clinical skill sets, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
