Registered Nurse (RN) | Progressive Care Unit Location: Rock Hill, SC Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $1,858 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 12 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: IMCU Duration: 12 weeks Shift: 1900 - 0730 Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience License: Active RN license required Certifications: Current BLS certification required Must-Have: - Experience in IMCU or similar critical care settings - Strong assessment and clinical skills - Ability to work effectively in a team Description: The IMCU/PCU/Stepdown Registered Nurse will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing direct clinical care for assigned patients on a per shift basis. The role includes supervision of staff to which appropriate care is delegated. The Registered Nurse is accountable for supporting the facility Chief Nursing Officer to ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care. The position requires competency in clinical staff management and appropriate resource management related to patient care.
