This position offers a unique model that blends private practice dentistry with real-world clinical teaching. Providers deliver comprehensive care while mentoring a small group of students ( up to four at a time ) who gain hands-on training in an authentic private practice setting. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive restorative, cosmetic, and implant dentistry Mentor and supervise students during live clinical cases Collaborate with multi-specialty providers to deliver high-quality, coordinated care Utilize state-of-the-art digital technology, including CBCT and 3D printing systems Participate in continuing education and digital workflow training Qualifications DDS/DMD from an accredited program Active or eligible North Carolina dental license 3 years of clinical experience preferred Passion for mentorship, leadership, and advancing patient care through education
