Provide direct and individualized nursing care to elderly patients based on a nursing care plan. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in conjunction with the healthcare team. Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and keep detailed documentation of patient health. Support patients and their families by providing information, education, and reassurance. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to facilitate integrated and comprehensive care. Strong clinical skills in a healthcare setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Proficient in using healthcare software and systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Valid RN license in the state of North Carolina CPR certification Preferably ACLS certified
