Job Description Pain Management Physician (Pain Management Physician (MD/DO) - Boone, NC. Job Type: Full-time. Shifts: Days (Mon - Fri). Healthcare Setting: Medical Group. Summary: The Facility is located in Boone, NC. The facility is looking for candidates who can - Conduct thorough evaluations of patients experiencing acute or chronic pain, including taking medical history and performing physical exams. - Develop and implement personalized pain management plans, utilizing a combination of medication, physical therapy, and lifestyle modifications. - Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including treatment plans, prescriptions, and progress notes. Qualification: - Must have obtained an MD or DO degree and completed an accredited residency program. - Minimum one year of experience is required. - Licensure, registry required: State of North Carolina and Federal DEA Certification: Valid Medical License. - Certifications: BLS/ACLS Certified.
