Job Description What We Offer: Join our Orthopedic specialty care Team! - Job Title: Registered Nurse - Schedule: Full-Time 7:00am - 7:00pm - Department: Orthopedic specialty care - Location: Forsyth Medical Center – Winston Salem, NC Unit Description: Ortho and Spine Specialty care unit is a 39 bed newly renovated unit that specializes in total joint replacements, orthopedic condition management, spine surgery/procedures, complicated headaches and retractable migraines. - Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision starting on your first day, retirement, PTO) - Newly Renovated unit with updated equipment and technology - Have a Disease-Specific Care Certification (DSC) through Joint Commission Remarkable Care. Remarkable Careers. What We're Looking For: - Education: High School Diploma or GED, required. 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred. - Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required. If your RN nursing license has been inactive, retired or lapsed for five years or more and you have not been licensed in another state during the last five years, successful completion of a Board approved refresher course is required prior to reactivating or reinstating your license. In order to be considered for current licensure status, you must apply for reinstatement within one year of completing the refresher course. - Experience: One year relevant experience, preferred. - Licensure/Certification: - Current RN licensure in appropriate state, required. - ENPC, TNCC or CEN; preferred. - NC state approved curricula for restrictive interventions (facility specific) within 3 months of hire, required.
