Assess patient condition by monitoring vital signs, conducting physical examinations, and obtaining patient history. Implement and coordinate the management plan for patient care in collaboration with the healthcare team. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and monitor responses. Educate patients and families on disease processes, treatment, and self-care skills. Ensure records are maintained accurately reflecting patient treatment and response. Provide emotional support and compassionate care to patients and their families. Adhere to facility policies and procedures while upholding standards of safety and infection control. Strong clinical skills in a healthcare setting Effective communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in medical software and patient management systems Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment Excellent organization and time-management skills In-depth knowledge of disease prevention and control Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid registered nurse license in the state of employment Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred
