Job Description:
Thriveworks seeks a dedicated Clinical Social Worker to join our
motivated team in providing top-tier mental health services. The
role entails direct client interactions to develop personalized
care plans, crisis intervention, and ongoing assessment of client
progress. Successful candidates will demonstrate a deep
understanding of behavioral health modalities and a passion for
mental wellness. Assessing client needs and psychosocial status
through interviews and evaluations. Developing, implementing, and
reviewing individualized care plans. Providing psychotherapy and
counseling services to individuals, families, or groups.
Collaborating with healthcare professionals to plan or coordinate
treatment. Maintaining accurate records and reporting on clients'
status and progress. Facilitating client access to community
resources and services. Complying with all professional standards
and confidentiality guidelines. Proficient in clinical assessment
and diagnosis. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems. Ability to
handle high-stress situations empathetically and efficiently.
Knowledge of crisis intervention techniques. Medical Insurance
Dental Insurance Life Insurance 401k Licensed Clinical Social
Worker (LCSW) status. Certified Advanced Social Work Case Manager
(C-ASWCM) preferred.
