Job Description:
HCA Healthcare is currently seeking a dedicated Clinical Nurse
Coordinator for our Emergency Department. This role is pivotal in
delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in our fast-paced
environment. The Clinical Nurse Coordinator will manage daily
operations, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with policies.
This position demands a commitment to improving human life and
serving our community by providing exceptional care and leadership.
Supervise nursing staff and manage the daily operations of the
emergency department. Develop and implement training programs for
all nursing staff to ensure compliance with healthcare protocols.
Coordinate with physicians and other medical professionals to
ensure efficient patient flow and the highest level of care.
Monitor patient care for quality and adherence to safety standards.
Assist in the implementation of new policies and procedures.
Participate in the recruitment and retention of nursing staff.
Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication
and interpersonal skills Proficient in clinical emergency nursing
practices and protocols Adept at conflict resolution and crisis
management Ability to work effectively under pressure Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k
Registered Nurse (RN) licensed to practice in the state of
employment. Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN) preferred.
