Job Description:
HCA Healthcare seeks a dedicated Nurse Extern Ortho PRN to join
our orthopedics team, providing essential support and gaining
invaluable hands-on experience in a dynamic medical environment.
This role is pivotal in assisting with patient care under the
supervision of professional nursing personnel, offering a unique
opportunity to work alongside experts in orthopedic care and
enhance your nursing skills in a real-world setting. Assist with
the delivery of patient care and support of the healthcare team
under the direction of a registered nurse Monitor, record, and
communicate patient condition as appropriate Support patient safety
in the healthcare environment Assist with procedures and
documentation as required Manage supplies and equipment to maintain
an organized clinical environment Strong clinical skills and
knowledge of healthcare operations Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills Ability to follow detailed instructions and
maintain patient confidentiality Adaptability in a fast-paced and
dynamic environment Proficiency in using medical software and
patient databases Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Basic Life Support (BLS)
Certification required upon hire.
