Job Description:
Encompass Health is currently seeking a dedicated Registered
Nurse to join our team, providing exceptional patient care within
our integrated healthcare services framework. Our focus at

administering top-tier medical treatments and supporting patients’
rehabilitation journeys in both inpatient settings and through our
expansive home-based care programs. Administer medications, manage
wound care, and monitor vital signs Coordinate with healthcare team
to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans Educate
patients and their families on disease processes, treatment plans,
and health maintenance Maintain patient records with accuracy and
update healthcare team on patient status Respond to medical
emergencies and provide swift, effective interventions Support
patient and family emotional and mental health, offering
compassionate communication and resources Strong clinical skills in
a healthcare setting Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills Proficiency in using healthcare software and systems Ability
to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid Registered
Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice Basic Life Support
(BLS) Certification required Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
