From administering targeted treatments to collaborating with oncology professionals, you'll play a vital role in helping patients fight cancer with confidence and compassion-right when they need it most. What You'll Need: Associate or Bachelor's degree in Radiation Therapy from an accredited program AART Certification in Radiation Therapy Valid Radiation Therapy state license, if required 3-4 years' experience as a radiation therapist Additional Duties: • Operate and maintain radiation therapy equipment • Accurately position patients and ensure proper immobilization during treatment • Verify treatment plans and dosage with oncology team • Monitor patients for adverse reactions during and after therapy • Document treatments and maintain accurate patient records Assignment Details: Facility Type: Hospital Shift: Days Shift Hours: 0600-1900 Weekend Rotation: None No Call Holiday Expectations: None Floating: May float to sister facilities Location Highlights: Monroe, NC offers a blend of urban and suburban lifestyle options.
