Job Description:

Freedom House Recovery Center is hiring a full-time Licensed Clinical Therapist (social worker or counselor) to provide outpatient mental health and substance use services with in-office and remote work possibilities . This role is ideal for clinicians who want meaningful clinical work and strong team support in a mission-driven setting. What You’ll Do Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based practices Complete comprehensive clinical assessments (CCAs) Develop treatment plans Participate in treatment team meetings Complete documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) Who We’re Looking For NC license: LCSW, LCSWA, LCMHC, or LCMHCA LCAS or LCASA license preferred (not required) Experience with mental health and substance use disorders as a counselor or clinical social worker Experience with multidisciplinary team-based care Strong documentation and time-management skills Demonstrated cultural competence in clinical practice Why Work With Us Clinical supervision for licensure offered in-house Medical, dental, and vision insurance Generous paid time off 401(k) Employee Assistance Program Ongoing training and professional development Requirements Minimum Qualifications Master's Degree Licensure in LCSW, LCSWA, LCMHC, LCMHCA, LCAS, LCASA, LMFT, LMFTA (Required)
