Job Description:

A consulting services company in North Carolina is currently seeking an experienced professional to join their staff Remotely as their new Cerner Community Works Revenue Cycle Lead. In this role, the Cerner Community Works Revenue Cycle Lead (Remote) will be responsible for serving as a Cerner Revenue Cycle domain expert and leading implementation activities for RCM on the Community Works implementation. This is a 50% Remote opportunity. The other 50% will be required at the beginning and end of projects as well as for some events. Responsibilities:The Cerner Community Works Revenue Cycle Lead (Remote) will:

• Lead revenue cycle project teams (Cerner and internal IT resources) on implementation efforts and activities
• Lead current state assessments, workflow documentation/re-engineering, DCW completion, for solutions across Revenue Cycle
• Lead revenue cycle testing, training and go-live support efforts
• Mentor and support assigned client resources for knowledge transfer
• Perform other duties, as neededQualifications:
  • 5 + years of implementation experience with Cerner RCM solutions
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Strong experience with DCWs (creation, completion) & MethodM
  • Experience working with more than one Cerner RCM Solution, including: Patient Access (Registration, Scheduling); Patient Accounting; Charge Services; HIM; etc.
  • Solid problem solving and time management skills
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Highly organizedDesired Skills:
    • Specific experience with Cerner Community Works
    • Revenue Cycle Operational background / experience
