Senior Software Development Specialist

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Software Development Senior Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide thought & technical leadership for key initiatives
Develop and maintain architecture solutions for high scale processing of large amounts of data
Collaborate with peers and management on process improvement ideas and policy enhancements

Required Qualifications:

3-5+ years of experience in CICS, COBOL, DB2, VSAM, and JCL
Good understanding of CICS Dynamic Transaction Routing process
Prior experience in highly transactional, fault tolerant, and data driven systems
Ability to lead through influence and manage deadlines and risks
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or similar subject
