Job Description:
Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for a
Business Project Manager. Job Title: Business Project Manager
Position type: Full-time Contract(W2) Duration: 12 Months contract
w/ extensions Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid), (3 days onsite/ 2
days remote) As a Business Project Manager, you will: Lead and
manage large, complex projects impacting Business Execution and
strategic initiatives. Review and analyse multi-faceted, long-term
business challenges, including unprecedented or intangible factors,
to develop actionable solutions. Collaborate with client
stakeholders and internal teams to define project scope,
objectives, and deliverables. Map current versus future state
processes, identifying areas for operational and efficiency
improvements. Oversee technology implementations, especially
communications archiving and surveillance platform integrations,
ensuring smooth execution. Proactively identify, track, and
mitigate project risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and data handling
policies, especially related to sensitive communications data,
retention, and auditability. Manage project timelines, resources,
and budgets, ensuring delivery within scope and quality standards.
Utilize Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies effectively to
deliver projects on time and meet stakeholder expectations. The
ideal candidate will have: Experience in Project Management within
financial services or related industries. Proven success managing
large and complex technology projects involving communications
archiving, surveillance systems, or similar platforms. Process
mapping, analysis, and improvement skills. In-depth understanding
of financial regulations and compliance obligations related to
electronic communications surveillance. Experience working with
Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
Demonstrated ability to proactively identify and mitigate project
risks and issues. Experience managing sensitive data with strict
adherence to retention, archiving, and auditability requirements.
