Job Description:
Andy Frain Services is seeking a seasoned Security Director to
lead and enhance our comprehensive security operations. As an
organization deeply committed to client satisfaction and
specialized security solutions, we are looking for a strategic
leader who will align with our ethos of tailor-made, dependable
security services for the aviation and events sectors. The Security
Director will be instrumental in setting the strategic direction,
development, and implementation of security policies, procedures,
and standards across the company. Develop and implement strategic
security protocols and procedures to enhance the safety and
security of all operations. Lead and manage the security team,
supervising staff training and development to ensure high standards
of discipline and efficiency. Coordinate with other department
heads to integrate security practices with existing protocols to
minimize risks. Manage relationships with external security
partners and law enforcement agencies. Review and continuously
improve the incident response plans and preventive measures. Ensure
compliance with local, federal, and international security laws and
regulations. Conduct regular security audits and prepare detailed
reports on security status and suggestions for improvements. Manage
budgets and forecasts pertaining to security operations and
equipment. Strong leadership and decision-making skills Expert
knowledge of security systems and protocols Excellent interpersonal
and communication skills Proficient in risk assessment and
management Adept at crisis management and incident response Ability
to manage multiple projects and tasks Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Certified Protection Professional
(CPP) by ASIS International Professional Certified Investigator
(PCI) certification - preferred
