us! Job Description: This job is responsible for building and
leading a team to deliver technology products and services that
meet business outcomes. Key responsibilities include developing a
technology strategy, ensuring technology solutions comply with
applicable standards, promoting design, engineering, and
organizational practices, and advocating and advancing modern,
Agile solution delivery practices. Job expectations may include
coaching, mentoring, providing feedback and hands on career
development, identifying emerging talent, fostering leadership
skills, and managing stakeholders. Responsibilities: Builds and
manages teams by performing financial activities to inform
workforce strategy and hiring practices, setting and tracking
maturity and quality objectives, and training employees/teams to
address feedback and achieve quality and performance objectives
Facilitates performance and career development of employees/teams
through performance reviews, coaching, and creating development
plans that are needed to build competencies and skills Manages
solution delivery and application performance in production (app
health, resiliency, performance, security, enterprise data
management standards, audit exams and reviews), ensuring all
relevant risk, financial, and compliance policies are met Manages
relationships with business and technology partners and leads and
creates followership in Communities of Practice in the organization
Contributes to the technology strategy for their technical domain

resolve organizational impediments/blockers Ensures that execution
is aligned with product strategy by working with product management
and other stakeholders The Senior Technology Manager is accountable
for delivering business outcomes across three key pillars:
Enterprise Data and Information Architecture Governance This
responsibility includes providing oversight for Enterprise Data
Architecture and Enterprise Information Architecture. The role
ensures that architectural practices incorporate applicable laws,
rules, and regulations, while maintaining compliance with internal
policies such as Process and Issue Management and regulatory
mandates. The manager drives alignment between regulatory
requirements, policies, standards, and processes, supports audits
and examinations, and sustains a state of readiness for regulatory
inquiries. Governance for GT Data Strategy Management Executive (GT
DSME) Accountabilities In accordance with the Enterprise Data
Management Policy and Standards, the manager oversees governance
activities tied to GT DSME responsibilities. This includes
maintaining governance forums, engaging stakeholders to ensure
proper procedures and processes are in place, tracking and
reporting on GT DSME-related initiatives, and providing strategic
direction to enhance and mature governance practices. Horizontal
DMTEA Regulatory Engagement The manager partners with the Risk and
Regulatory Management function within GT BMC to address regulatory
requests, prepare materials, and draft responses as needed. This
work involves coordinating across DMTEA executives and senior
leaders to ensure content provided to second-line, third-line, and
regulatory bodies is accurate, consistent, and appropriate.
Additional Responsibilities The manager is also accountable for
resource and financial management, talent acquisition, and team
development. They collaborate with business and technology
stakeholders to manage deliverables, mitigate risk, and ensure
compliance. The role fosters an inclusive environment, removes
organizational impediments, and advances organizational maturity.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required. 7 years in technology
leadership, risk governance, or data management roles. Strong
knowledge of operational risk frameworks and business control
functions. Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint);
familiarity with data analysis tools. Excellent communication and
relationship management skills. Proven ability to manage competing
priorities and deliver under deadlines. Desired Qualifications:
Experience in Enterprise Data Management, Data and Information
Architecture, regulatory compliance, and audit support. Prior
experience with SPI processes and risk issue governance. Skills:
