us! This job is responsible for planning and coordinating the
execution of large program deliverables which requires engagement
across multiple organizations. Key responsibilities include
communicating target outcomes, coordinating delivery, resource
planning, providing visibility of program health, and managing
program risks, compliance and financials. Job expectations include
ensuring delivery meets the client’s expectations in terms of the
target outcomes, timeline, and cost and facilitating sync points
between business and technology leaders and Risk and Compliance
partners. Responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivery of
defined deliverables which usually requires engagement from
multiple teams such as a project or smaller program. Communicates
the work objectives, coordinates delivery, manages risks, ensures
compliance with standards, and provides end-to-end visibility into
the health of the deliverables. Ensures execution and delivery meet
the client’s expectations in terms of functionality, quality,
timeline, and cost. Coordinates and facilitates routines to support
delivery – e.g. kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings,
change controls, tollgates, etc. Plans and coordinates delivery and
dependencies across multiple teams. Facilitates dependency
management/risk management/impediment removal for the defined
deliverables. Promotes/facilitates communication and collaboration
across organizations to support the deliverable completion and
timeline. Gathers/facilitates status updates for the deliverables
to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to delivery,
risks/issues, and schedule. Ensures that execution is aligned with
deliverable requirements by working with the sponsor/stakeholders.
Ensures deliverables comply with Enterprise Change Management
standards. Supports resource planning for delivery/execution.
Individual Contributor. ? Role Summary: Mid to Senior Level project
manager that manages technical projects from start to end including
task planning and management of timelines. You need to collaborate
well with many teams and drive a common goal across those teams.
You will need to prioritize tasks all while overcoming obstacles
along the way. You'll work hard both as an individual contributor
and as a team member, but at the end of the day, you and your work
will matter. Ability to manage deliverables supporting multiple,
complex organizations and work collaboratively with both direct and
indirect assigned resources to perform support functions. Oversight
of projects that have a significant impact on business processes
that impact Client and Employee Experience. Interact with a broad
spectrum of stakeholders to execute high-visibility
programs/projects. Participate in software testing cycles. This
will involve conducting tests in non-production environments and
comparing the results to requirements, supporting business users
with their testing, and assisting with software implementation into
a production environment. Additionally, you will need to document
any testing evidence to a level, which can be understood by project
team members, Vendors, and Auditors. Responsibilities: Leads and

with sponsors and stakeholders to ensure that execution is aligned
with deliverable requirements Manages program financials and
supports resource planning Ensures adherence with Enterprise Change
Management standards Communicating and interacting with
stakeholders both vertically and horizontally to drive initiatives
to conclusion Works well independently with strong time management,
prioritization, and organizational skills Accountability for
developing plans to deliver future-state approaches and
facilitating the implementation Ability to utilize sound business
judgment and tailor solutions to ensure deadlines are met and risks
are addressed Oversees and assesses existing processes and
workflows Proficient in problem analysis and solution design Strong
Presentation skills, including preparing compelling presentations
to senior-level executives Ability to be flexible, adaptable, and

Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of technology experience supporting
complex, enterprise?scale environments Proven expertise driving
technology change initiatives, with a strong command of governance,
risk, and regulatory requirements Broad understanding of legacy
platforms and modern technology ecosystems, with the ability to
articulate the strategic implications of emerging capabilities such
as AI, automation, and other transformative technologies
Demonstrated proficiency with key delivery and infrastructure tools
(e.g., JIRA, Horizon, Remedy) and/or hands?on experience across
infrastructure or platform domains Highly curious and proactive,
with a strong aptitude for understanding complex systems and
independently acquiring new technical knowledge and skills Desired
Qualifications: Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally
and in writing, at all levels, and across different audiences
Strong knowledge of MS Office applications Agile and waterfall
frameworks Strong sense of quality and commitment to interact with
