Position Description: CGI Federal is looking for a Senior
Cybersecurity Network Defense Administrator (Information Assurance
Engineer - Senior) to help support a program we are working on for
the Army's PL ALTESS contract. PL ALTESS, or Product Lead for
Acquisition, Logistics, and Technology Enterprise Systems and
Services, is a key U.S. Army organization providing IT services and
support to the Army and Department of Defense. As a managed service
provider, ALTESS delivers infrastructure, platform, and application
services across data centers and commercial clouds. It plays a
crucial role in modernizing IT systems by migrating them to the
cloud and managing mission-critical applications to ensure Army
readiness. ALTESS oversees IT service delivery across various
hosting locations, aligning with Department of Defense digital
transformation strategies as part of PEO Enterprise. This position
is located in USA VA Radford USAVARAD1. Your future duties and
responsibilities: The Senior Cybersecurity Network Defense
Administrator (Information Assurance Engineer - Senior) will be
responsible for performing a variety of network defense activities
in accordance with established guidelines and best practices. The
role includes managing ACAS infrastructure, configuration,
scanning, reporting, and analysis activities in accordance with the
DISA ACAS Best Practices Guide. The administrator will also manage
Army Endpoint Security Solution (AESS) Site Reviewer activities,
DISA Whitelist, and PKI Tokens. Additionally, the role involves
performing STIG Compliance scanning and reporting, providing Ports,
Protocols, & Services Management (PPSM) support, and reviewing
proposed configuration changes for security impact. The
administrator will handle in-processing and out-processing tasks,
manage updates to the designated training and certification
tracking system, and participate in SW Assurance reviews to ensure
ACAS findings are remediated or appropriately documented via eMASS
POA&M. Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
a) Cybersecurity Certification (such as Security/CISSP/etc.) b)
Active DoD Secret Security Clearance. c) 10 or more years'
experience with Cybersecurity and Network Defense related areas d)
Experience with ACAS management, including infrastructure
management, configuration, scanning, reporting, and analysis. e)
Proficiency in managing Army Endpoint Security Solution (AESS) Site
Reviewer activities. f) Experience with DISA Whitelist management.
g) Knowledge of PKI Token management. h) Strong understanding of
DoD STIGs and ability to perform STIG Compliance scanning and
reporting. i) Experience providing Ports, Protocols, & Services
Management (PPSM) support. j) Ability to review proposed
configuration changes for security impact. k) Experience with
in-processing and out-processing tasks related to account
management functions. Desired qualifications/non-essential skills
required: a) Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
years of experience. b) Familiarity with DISA ACAS Best Practices
Guide and NETCOM policies. c) Familiarity with DISA Continuous
Monitoring and Risk Scoring (CMRS). d) Strong analytical and
problem-solving skills. e) Excellent communication and coordination
skills. f) Experience with Army enterprise monitoring tools and
practices. g) Knowledge of security regulations and best industry
practices. h) Ability to work effectively in a team environment and
collaborate with various i) Stakeholders. j) Experience with
incident response activities. k) Understanding of Continuity of
Operations Plans and Communication Plans. l) Experience with
security compliance and control documentation. CGI is required by

compensation range for this role. The determination of this range
includes various factors not limited to skill set, level,
experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To
support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI
typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range
for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts
and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the
current range for this role in the U.S. is $127,500.00 -
