Job Description: Come join myCTO – a multiple-award winning home-grown platform used by over 30,000 internal users annually across the Bank. The Feature Lead is responsible for providing leadership, technical direction and oversight for the myCTO portal. Key responsibilities of the job are to provide oversight of the design, implementation, and maintenance of software programs, align technical solutions to business objectives, and ensure that coding practices/quality comply with software development standards. Job expectations include conducting multiple software implementations and applying both depth and breadth in knowledge of several technical competencies. Responsibilities: Application design and solutioning for web-based internally developed portal (myCTO) Applies enterprise standards for solution design, coding and quality Guides the team on work breakdown and execution Works with the Product Owner and scrum master to ensure that product backlog/requirements are healthy, with clear acceptance criteria Plays a team lead role and mentors the team Performs spike/proof of concept as necessary to mitigate risk or implement new ideas Codes solutions and unit test to deliver a requirement/story per the defined acceptance criteria and compliance requirements Required Qualifications: 7 Years of Full-Stack Java Development Hands-on software development within an Agile setting 7 Years applying SDLC standards for design, coding and quality 7 Years of IT experience in analyzing and developing applications using JAVA/J2EE technologies – including knowledge of frameworks and implementation Willingness to work after hours as needed for production release support Desired Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Technology or related field Design of data intensive applications Angular experience Mongo DB SpringBoot Extensive experience in Core Java, S, JSP, Angular , Spring, Hibernate, Spring Boot, Micro Services, RDBMS , SQL Proficient with writing complex and tuned SQL queries Skills: Automation Influence Result Orientation Stakeholder Management Technical Strategy Development Architecture Business Acumen DevOps Practices Shift: 1st shift (United States of America) Hours Per Week: 40 Pay Transparency details US - NJ - Pennington - 1300 American Blvd - Hopewell Bldg 3 (NJ2130) Pay and benefits information Pay range $106,500.00 - $173,700.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set. Discretionary incentive eligible This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan.
