us! Job Description: This job is responsible for overseeing
programs and projects specific to corporate change initiatives that
impact how the bank does business, provides a product or service,
or executes a function. Key responsibilities include serving as the
primary contact to department managers for critical change
initiatives and communicating, influencing, and negotiating
vertically and horizontally to obtain or leverage resources. Job
expectations include delivering regulatory and executive material
and ensuring results align to program strategy, simplification, and
new capabilities. Position Summary: The PMO Manager will engage
leaders and practitioners in Global Corporate & Investment Banking
and Global Payment Solutions Technology (GCIBT) as well as business
partners and other stakeholders across the Enterprise. The role
will ensure planning, governance, and execution of technology
portfolios across multiple lines of business. In addition, the PMO
Manager will support the team in delivering our Lean Agile
Practices and delivery reporting capabilities. Initiative Planning
and In-Year Governance Manages the Initiative Planning process for
GCIBT, $600M across 6 tier 1 LOB portfolios. Together with LOB and
Technology leadership, coordinating and guiding the program and
project intake, cost estimations and prioritizations of upcoming
years initiative portfolios. Together with the LOB, manages
submission to the Enterprise in systems of record (ETSI/TPAS),
ensuring LOB and Technology adherence to Enterprise Planning
guidelines and timelines. Manages all program and project set ups
and program and project maintenance for GCIBT (PMMT / TPAS / PPRT)
Together with LOB partners, governs and manages in-year portfolio
changes and re-prioritizations. Facilitates change controls in
systems of record, documents and communicates changes to
stakeholders Ensures effective planning and in-year execution of
the GCIBT portfolio, by collaborating with all relevant
stakeholders, e.g. Global Technology (including central GT, other
Technology CIO organizations and CTI / APS&E), Global
Operations, Enterprise Initiative Planning, Finance and LOB
portfolio owners Monthly financial balancing of initiative
portfolios in system of record (TPAS) Together with COO/Finance,
provides monthly LOB financial portfolio reporting and commentary
for senior LOB and Technology leadership reviews Agile Development
Practice Maintains and develops a Tableau reporting suite,
supporting the organization and senior leadership with operational
delivery metrics and reports Drives Quarterly PI planning for 50
trains / 500 teams. Preparation, coordination, analysis and
reporting support for technology teams. Report out to senior
leadership and stakeholders through quarterly Stakeholder Reviews
Responsibilities: Defines program controls, processes, procedures,
reporting cadence, decision governance structures, and ways of
working with key stakeholders Works closely with project sponsors,
cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to develop
the scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and
timing for new change initiatives Monitors the execution of defined
tasks through tracking of program milestones and their statuses,
developing program plans, and measuring progress against ongoing
key performance indicators Analyzes, evaluates, and overcomes
program risks, and produces program reports for managers and
stakeholders Identifies key requirements for cross-functional teams
and external vendors to perform in alignment with the program
objectives Drive annual Initiative Planning process, developing,
and delivering timely and coordinated communication, ensuring
adherence to the Enterprise guidelines and timelines. Works closely
with project sponsors, cross-functional teams, and assigned
program/project managers on program and project intake, develop the
scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and
timing for new change initiatives Works closely with business
partners and other key stakeholders in all aspects of the planning
and execution of the LOB Initiative portfolios where GCIBT owns and
manages programs Drives understanding and guidance of the delivery
planning of the GCIBT portfolio (Deliverables and Epic reporting
and controls) Integrates knowledge of end-to-end business process
into portfolio planning and decisioning processes. Develop,
maintain, and report on an overall portfolio view Communicates,
influences, and negotiates both vertically and horizontally to
obtain or leverage necessary resources Builds networks and develops
relationships which will help drive performance and execution
Required Qualifications: Typically, 5 years of PMO experience
including leading small PMO teams. Excellent project management
skills, including the ability to prioritize work and meet
deadlines. Management experience with small to mid-size central
teams. Deep knowledge and experience with Bank of America
Initiative Portfolio Management, (planning, governance, and
execution) and related enterprise tools Previous Bank of America
experience in a portfolio lead role, or strong experience as a
program management and financial management role Experience with
Bank of America portfolio and execution applications: TPAS
(Technology Project & Application System), PPRT (Program, Project,
Risk Tool), and Jira Ability to develop strong relationships with
portfolio leads, partners, and practitioners to drive results Team
oriented leader with a passion for engaging stakeholders, solving
problems, and driving efficiencies across the organization and with
our business partners Effective communicator (written, verbal, and
presentation) with executive leaders, peers, and business partners
Desired Qualifications: Strong influencing skills at all levels of
an organization Ability to analyze complex data and processes to
identify people, process and/or technology impacts Highly organized
with ability to simultaneously manage multiple priorities

information Pay range $140,000.00 - $178,300.00 annualized salary,
offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill
set. Discretionary incentive eligible This role is eligible to
