Join Marvin, a leader in the window and door manufacturing industry since 1912, as a CDL-A Over-the-Road (OTR) Truck Driver. We are looking for a dedicated individual to assist in delivering our custom products nationwide, reinforcing our commitment to innovation, quality, and exceptional service. As part of our team, you will play a key role in ensuring our high-quality products reach our clients safely and on time, helping Marvin enhance living spaces across the country. Operate a Class A truck for long hauls across the United States. Ensure timely delivery of goods to predetermined clients on specific routes. Review orders prior to delivery to verify correct quantities and ensure no items are damaged. Assist in loading and unloading trucks and verifying the contents against shipping invoices or inventory. Maintain communication with dispatch to report any delays or deviations from the planned route. Perform inspections of the vehicle before and after each trip, and report any mechanical problems encountered with the vehicles. Adhere to all safety requirements of the Department of Transportation and other regulatory entities. Prepare reports and other documents relating to deliveries. Proven experience in the operation of a commercial heavy vehicle. Strong time management and customer service skills. Ability to manage routes and routines so they proceed in the most efficient way possible. Knowledge of truck driving rules and regulations as well as safety standards. Prior experience with large vehicle handling and long haul driving preferred.
