Atlantic Staffing Consultants is seeking a DMA (Daily Maintenance Assistant) Recycling Sorter for the Night Shift at a recycling facility in Raleigh, NC . Shift & Pay for DMA Night Shift: 3rd Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM Monday–Friday, weekends as needed Plenty of overtime available Weekly Pay Pay: $13.66/hr Overtime: $20.49/hr Schedule subject to change Position Summary for DMA Night Shift: The DMA Recycling Sorter is responsible for sorting recyclable materials, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and supporting facility operations as needed. Key Responsibilities for DMA Night Shift: Sort and separate recyclable materials (aluminum, plastic, paper, etc.) from incoming loads. Cleaning facility machines after Lock Out Tag Out Training. Assist team members with heavy or bulky items as needed. Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines. Inspect incoming loads and remove non-recyclable or unacceptable materials. Maintain cleanliness in assigned areas by sweeping, raking, and removing debris. Perform additional duties as assigned by management. Requirements for DMA Night Shift: Steel-toed boots or shoes required. Ability to lift 25–65 lbs safely. Ability to stand for long periods. Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment . Must be 18 years or older . Experience in waste management or warehouse environments is a plus, but motivated candidates without experience are welcome—training provided .
