To define the responsibilities and authority of the Customer
Support, strengthen and advance the mission and operating
philosophy of the Thomson Plastics team.
Maintain a high degree of professionalism when working with team
members, customers and suppliers.
Meet customer's expectations while ensuring confidentiality of

Ensure that all Quality Management System requirements are met.
Interface with customer regarding deliveries, forecast, and
backorders and to resolve any discrepancies.
Communicate customer demand of product daily and note any changes
to demand as they occur.
Evaluate customer's inquiry, provide appropriate assistance, and
follow through to ensure customer needs are met in a timely
Work with production, purchasing and logistics to make sure
customer requirements are met.
Enter and maintain customer forecast and purchase orders into the
Alert management to any conditions within the company that could
lead to customer dissatisfaction, and recommend solutions.
Assist in the preparation of sales forecast based on knowledge of
Update sales orders.
Update FG inventory in partnership with Logistics Supervisor.
Scan BOL's and send to accounting.
Correspondence with internal external customers.
Ensure customer requests are met.
Other duties as assigned.
