Position Inbound Call Center Representatives /
Location: Winston Salem, NC (REMOTE)
Contract - 12 Months
Part -Time 20 -25 hours weekly
Monday - Friday.
Must be available between 10:00am - 3:00pm
Immediate need for Call Center Representatives to join our team at
a major Beverage Distributor.
Receive incoming calls from customers. Must maintain an average
call handle time of less than 300 seconds. Be able to take
initiative and find resolutions during the initial call. The
position will start virtual (working from home). The individual
hired must be flexible to work on-site in Winston-Salem, NC.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills Must be able to
work in a fast pace environment Work well under pressure Be able to
prioritize Excellent time management skills Detail oriented
Must have: Working Internet Connection at home
- Broadband connection with at least 10mbs download/5 mbs upload
- Hardwired internet connection
Education / Experience Requirements:
2+ years of relevant experience in a Call Center environment
Computer skills - Must have experience with Windows Applications to
include Outlook and Excel (Oracle a plus).
Analytical, Assertive and Results Driven
Strong Organizational skills
Bi-lingual a plus
