Service Manager who will be responsible for all administrative
functions that contribute to the management and execution of all
Customer Services. Responsible for enhancing and maintaining a
properly functioning Customer Service processes through a
cross-departmental organizational structure. Facilitate positive
communication and build strong relationships between revenue cycle
operations, administrators, other clinic and departmental staff and
payors regarding revenue cycle matters.

+ Education: High school diploma or GED required. Associate
+ Experience: Three years relevant experience required. Four
years Revenue Cycle, Customer Service, Call Center or Related
+ Additional skills required: Ability to successfully complete
generic and department-specific skills validation and competency
testing; understands and can apply knowledge of decision support
applications, data source systems and operational procedures and
appropriate internal controls; human relations and interpersonal
skills necessary for interacting with management, staff and
administration; excellent verbal and written communication skills;
excellent analytical skills. Financial Statement IVR experience
required Proficient in Word and Excel.
