By investing in areas others won't, we're able to save our clients time and money.Job Description:Advantage Surveillance is seeking a HR Intern for our office in Thomasville, NC. This temporary position with Advantage Surveillance provides support in functional areas of the Human Resources department, which may include administrative support, organization development, recruitment & training.Responsibilities:Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc.Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc.Screen candidates resumes and job applicationsConduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within scheduleAssess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudesMonitor and apply HR recruiting best practicesAct as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection processWork on special projects as directed and neededQualifications/Requirements:Candidates must meet the following requirements in order to be considered for this opportunity.Basic knowledge of HR and the recruitment processMust be able and willing to conduct a high-volume interviewsFamiliarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong decision-making skillsBS in Human Resources Management or related discipline (in process)The following requirements are desired and will be used to differentiate candidates who apply for this position.M.S.
