Job Description:

Provide management & support required to execute International Customer Operations Processes including, but not limited to, inventory analyses, logistical issues, supply chain prioritization, and cross-functional coordination with Sales, Planning, Forecasting, Marketing / Merchandising, Distribution and Customer Service.  International supports all Innerwear Brands and Categories; uses CAD with PEG rate conversion to USD.


  • Manage Weekly cross-functional process to ensure successful execution of all events via TRAK/EMS
  • Lead TRAK meetings; Includes all phases of event lifecycle: resolve issues with Manufacturing, event changes/updates by customers, receipt of customer order, product tracking and receipt, and DC assembly for final shipment to ensure execution. Archive events when complete.
  • Communicate business agenda of weekly priorities with highlighted areas requiring additional focus; Follow up on TRAK Action Items
  • Lead inventory classification (LCA) meetings
  • Responsible for resolution of inventory discrepancies, issues and situation analysis (both present and historical). 
  • Work cross functionally regarding product repurpose, substitutions, prioritize DC moves and prorations to maximize service
  • Drive Key Initiatives such as Price Increases and No Regrets Inventory  
  • Run a daily Flash Report; Set up/Lead Weekly Meetings for Current Month Results relative to Shipments/Open Orders

  • BA/BS degree or Commensurate Business Experience.                          
  • Combination of three to five years’ experience in Apparel Sales, Operational Planning, Forecasting, Operations, Distribution and/or Marketing.  Knowledge of knit product categories. Operations experience in textiles and apparel is required. Knowledge in quality, engineering and distribution is helpful.
  • Possess a keen understanding of the needs of the overall business and the specific categories for which they are responsible.     
  • Strong quantitative skills, with strong computer skills and excellent communication skills.
  • Possess quick and decisive problem solving resolution skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically while managing day to day challenges/issues. 
  • Must be able to effectively work with peers, subordinates, and superiors in a cross-functional, matrix environment
