Provide management & support required to execute International
Customer Operations Processes including, but not limited to,
inventory analyses, logistical issues, supply chain prioritization,
and cross-functional coordination with Sales, Planning,
Forecasting, Marketing / Merchandising, Distribution and Customer
Service. International supports all Innerwear Brands and
Categories; uses CAD with PEG rate conversion to USD.
Manage Weekly cross-functional process to ensure successful
execution of all events via TRAK/EMS
Lead TRAK meetings; Includes all phases of event lifecycle: resolve
issues with Manufacturing, event changes/updates by customers,
receipt of customer order, product tracking and receipt, and DC
assembly for final shipment to ensure execution. Archive events
Communicate business agenda of weekly priorities with highlighted
areas requiring additional focus; Follow up on TRAK Action
Lead inventory classification (LCA) meetings
Responsible for resolution of inventory discrepancies, issues and
situation analysis (both present and historical).
Work cross functionally regarding product repurpose, substitutions,
prioritize DC moves and prorations to maximize service
Drive Key Initiatives such as Price Increases and No Regrets
Run a daily Flash Report; Set up/Lead Weekly Meetings for Current
Month Results relative to Shipments/Open Orders
BA/BS degree or Commensurate Business
Combination of three to five years’ experience in Apparel Sales,
Operational Planning, Forecasting, Operations, Distribution and/or
Marketing. Knowledge of knit product categories. Operations
experience in textiles and apparel is required. Knowledge in
quality, engineering and distribution is helpful.
Possess a keen understanding of the needs of the overall business
and the specific categories for which they are
Strong quantitative skills, with strong computer skills and
excellent communication skills.
Possess quick and decisive problem solving resolution
Demonstrated ability to think strategically while managing day to
