This position is responsible for managing a strategic growth
opportunity on the Amazon business. This individual will be
responsible for the analytics, tracking and tactical execution in
driving well thought-out sales and marketing strategies across a
complex platform of categories delivering accelerated sales and
profit growth. This role is responsible for providing support
cross-functional HBI teams supporting the E-commerce business, with
a focus to drive the business forward. This individual must be
analytical, a self-starter, a collaborator, a good communicator and
have a strong desire to learn the business.

effectively deliver growth and profit. Includes oversight of
markdown, advertising, and marketing budgets specific to business
category. Own promotional and advertising calendar and accurately
tracks to budget and sales lift by campaign.
Develop annual financial and sales plans
4-year college degree (BA, BS)
5+ years of previous e-commerce or marketing experience with strong
understanding of retail math and metrics
Proven ability as a “thinker”, a “strategist” and a “creative mind”
in order to think outside the box to be a solution
Must possess strong quantitative and analytical skills with
exceptional reporting capabilities
Exhibits leadership and management skills, along with strong
problem solving and communication abilities.
