Knowledge of laws and regulations surrounding Titles VI, VII and IX and related legislation and the ability to analyze facts and apply related policies. Organization, planning, and problem resolution abilities. Excellent report writing skills. The ability to remain neutral and to maintain confidential and sensitive information. Ability to prioritize and manage a busy caseload to meet sensitive deadlines. Familiarity with current best practices and a working knowledge of emerging issues in equity and compliance.Required Education, Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: A bachelors degree and two years experience Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively convey complex information to a wide array of audiences and with appropriate sensitivity. Excellent judgment with the ability to manage highly sensitive, confidential data and information, in an impartial and equitable manner.
