Job Description:

*SUMMARY*This is a customer facing role that will include constant interface with demanding customers. Individual will be responsible for account management, data entry and validation and manage customer interactions through phone and electronic data including inbound web inquiries.*DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** Maintain key account details including inventory, order management, and general relationship* Collaborating with management to take on additional responsibilities* Management of outbound shipments to customers and sales representatives to include freight quotes, correspondence with warehouse, and other responsibilities.* Assist with data entry as needed. This involves database management with customer email lists, master data file for product specifications and details among other spreadsheet management.* *EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES** Undergraduate degree preferred* Detail oriented* Individual must be proficient in basic Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Outlook, Word* Cloud based ERP system knowledge preferred* Strong computer skills* Working knowledge of web research and sites* Collaborative, team orientedJob Type: Full-timePay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per yearBenefits:* 401(k)* 401(k) matching* Dental insurance* Employee discount* Flexible schedule* Health insurance* Paid time off* Vision insuranceSchedule:* Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:* Bonus payCOVID-19 considerations:If exposed, testing and wearing a mask in the office otherwise no masks.Work Location: One location
