TalentBridge, a leader in the professional recruiting industry,
is seeking candidates to work as an Enterprise Technical Support I.
We are looking for individuals who have experience with iOS,
Technical Support, installing software and imaging computers. This
position involves working in an upcoming project to replace
outdated IOS devices with newer models to support the applications
used by internal employees on a daily basis. Our client has over
3,000 IOS devices made up of iPhones and iPads that need to be
replaced with newer models, as well as applications and data
transferred from the old devices to the new. In addition, they also
have around 700 devices that are currently running Windows 7 and
need to have a newer version of Windows installed.
- Provides support for all end-users.
- Troubleshoots and resolves hardware.
- Follows up on all tickets in a timely manner and pursues issues
through to resolution.
- Must be able to commit to a technical support position where
you are required to go onsite to help employees transition to newer
devices Required Qualifications:
- 2-3 years' experience with Desktop Support (Hardware)
- 1 year min Experience working with IOS devices
- 2 years min Experience Replacing Windows OS with newer
- Willing to work minimum 40 hours per week
- Willing to be on site 100%
- Willing to work 9-month contract
