We are currently hiring a Purchasing Specialist who is responsible
for planning, directing, coordinating and monitoring all purchasing
activities, involved with the procurement of raw materials,
equipment, tools, parts, supplies, and services that meet the
organization's standards of price, quality, timing, and reliability
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
--- Responsible for negotiating, executing and controlling supplier
contracts and supplier agreements for your assigned location.
--- Responsible for supplier audits annually (travel required as

process improvements, and higher customer satisfaction.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
--- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
--- Five (5) to seven (7) years related experience and/or training,
including supervision of others
--- Experience in a manufacturing environment within the Packaging
and/or Plastic Industry is preferred
--- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Word and Excel
--- Proven Experience with MRP and ERP software systems
