Job Description:

RemX Specialty Staffing is looking for multiple Call Center Representatives for our client in Lexington, NC. This is a great opportunity to work with a national company with long term opportunities. -
Pay Rate: $16.50-$18/hr based on experience
Hours: 8am - 8pm -
Start Date: March - April
Responsibilities: -

Handle customer questions via phone, email, or chat
Troubleshoot technical questions and help with warranty questions
Record updates in CRM
Work with multiple departments

Requirements:
- 2 years of call center experience
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Flexibility with schedule changes
- Reliable attendance
- Bilingual is a plus
