This individual will seek Business-to-Business opportunities throughout a secure territory to place our products and services. The wonderful advantage of business technology sales is that virtually all businesses with a size of 15-100 employees currently utilizes everything in our portfolio of products and services. -This position is unique as prime territories are available right now in Winston Salem, Greensboro, and Raleigh. The skills that are so vital to your success are:

Communication Skills: Verbal & Written communication skills instill a sense of confidence from your prospect's perspective. Creating great proposals and professional presenting of these proposals provide better sales conversions. IT Knowledge: Our products are vital from the IT perspective and our sales process oftentimes consults directly with IT. CRM: We utilize an advanced CRM that is web-based. Understanding how CRM assist your selling and your pipeline are crucial. Consistent data entry and scheduled tasks are essential for your success. Product Knowledge / Retention: Understanding how your products help your prospects is crucial. You will be trained and have ongoing training to constantly educate you on our product line. An understanding of your competitor's product lines also provides a unique competitive advantage.B2B Sales: Understanding the 4 phases of B2B sales is vital and directly impacts your level of success. The 4 phases of our industry is prospect engagement, needs assessment, presenting solution, and closing. Each phase has to be mastered to fully reach a top level of successDesire: Business Developers who possess desire are quick to learn, create talk tracks that communicate the best that their product or service provides and always look for ways to stand out from the rest. They understand that sales positions aren't 9-5 jobs that sometimes it takes more. -Gray & Creech is looking for individuals who possess the above-mentioned skills and a minimum of 1-year success in sales development.
