We're assisting our client, the leading manufacturer of Pool and Spa filters in the United States, in their search for an Equipment & Facility Technician for their NEW LOCATION in KING, NC! This is a permanent, Direct-Hire opportunity with an established company that has operated over 60 years. Responsibilities include performing machine diagnostics and repairs to electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems and performing maintenance on building, machinery and equipment. Prior maintenance experience in an industrial facility or equivalent is preferred for this role. If you're seeking an opportunity to further advance your career, apply today!Responsibilities: - Perform machine diagnostics and repairs to electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems- Performs maintenance on building, machinery and equipment- Has a thorough understanding of machining techniques and principals and general understanding of electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic theory and principals- Has strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills- Basic welding and machining experience is a plus- PLC Programming is a plusQualifications: - High School Diploma or Equivalency required- Electrical License (LME or Journeyman Card) preferred- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs- Ability to understand and follow all safety, quality and production specifications, instructions, written and verbal- Basic computer skills- Experience rebuilding machine parts- Machine troubleshooting or repair experience- Comply with all standard environmental, health and safety regulations and policies.- At least 4 years prior maintenance experience in an industrial facility or equivalent- Bilingual Spanish is helpful
