Job description: Production Supervisor First ShiftOur client is one of the top players within the Poultry industry.Their reputation for the quality their food products and customer relationships they build sets the standard.We are seeking a First Shift Production Supervisor for one of their "Flagship" operations.As the First Shift Supervisor you will oversee a team of over 25-50 Production Associates and 3 leads.This is a very high paced manufacturing effort, which has been recognized worldwide for their efficiency of operations.Promotional opportunities are frequent for "Top Performing" individuals!Relocation is provided, along with an extremely good benefit packagePosition reports to the Production Manager.Great "Family Friendly" area of North Carolina

Qualifications: 2 years of prior Poultry Production Management experience in a highly regulated Food manufacturing environment

• Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of leading and training
• Strong Continuous Improvement and floor engagement skills
• Degree is desired, but off-setting experience will be heavily considered
