Job Title: Satellite Internet InstallerLocation: Kernersville, NCSalary: $45k - $60k annuallyBenefits: Health insurance, 401k, paid time off, paid training, all PPE provided, and tool purchasing program.Type: W2 Satellite Internet Installer Employee (not a contractor)Training: Paid training is available for this role.Job Description:We are seeking a skilled and experienced Satellite Internet Installer to join our team of technicians. In this role, you will be responsible for installing and repairing satellite internet systems for residential and commercial customers.Satellite Internet Installer Responsibilities:

• Install, test, and troubleshoot satellite internet systems and related equipment, including modems, routers, and satellite dishes.
• Read and interpret installation diagrams and equipment specifications.
• Provide your own work vehicle capable of carrying a 28' fiberglass ladder.
• Work on ladders and roofs to install and repair equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service, including explaining the satellite internet system and equipment to customers and answering their questions.
• Follow safety procedures and use appropriate personal protective equipment while working.
• Keep detailed records of all installations, repairs, and maintenance activities.Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience installing and repairing satellite internet systems.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and tools.
  • Good communication skills and ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
