location **Job Details****Description****Summary:** This position
is primarily responsible for cycle counting and assisting overall
inventory accuracy for the facility. Inventory Control Coordinator
must work closely with daily operations assisting in inventory flow
throughout the various department and will assist operational
employees and inventory associates for inventory accuracy
requirements. This position requires advanced knowledge of
inventory control, ERP practices, and reporting.**Essential Duties
and Responsibilities include the following:*** Monitor all aspects
of the inventory management system. * Take a physical inventory
assessment and input necessary changes to the inventory management
system.* Prepare inventory management reports as required to
support the scheduling process.* Review inventory-related variances
and perform job closings (issuing).* Perform and enter daily
inventory cycle counts.* Assist in the ordering and tracking of
consumables and warehouse stocked items.* Knowledgeable of all
inventory flow aspects of the Distribution Center.* Assist in
managing paint inventories and evaluate those processes for
accuracy.* Develops and implements procedures for ensuring that
adequate inventory levels are present.* Trains other employees in
cycle counting and inventory control.* Works with other teams such
as purchasing, receiving, and production to ensure inventory
accuracies are maintained.* Make quantity adjustments with
appropriate personnel notifications or approvals.* Advise of
inventory issues that may affect
scheduling.**Competencies:**Required* College degree or equivalent
operations experience in manufacturing environments* Minimum of 3
years in related experience* Strong organizational skills to
manage, prioritize, schedule, and balance multiple projects
simultaneously* Ability to identify and resolve problems
effectively, strong analysis and decision-making skills.* Ability
to initiate and effectively implement change* Must have solid data
analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to
manipulate large data sets.* Strong communication skills, strong
interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all levels of
personnel* Experience developing and interpreting customer
specifications* Ability to work well without close supervision and
the ability to make sound, high impact decisions.* Must be
tech-savvy, a self-starter, and have ability to learn new

functions.**Computer Skills:**To perform this job successfully, an
individual should have working knowledge of how inventory flows
through a manufacturing facility and ERP system. The Inventory
Control Coordinator must be proficient in Microsoft programs
