Job Description:

A company is looking for an HRIS Data Analyst.
Key Responsibilities:

Work directly with leaders to understand business needs, synthesize insights, and provide actionable recommendations
Partner with cross functional team members to ensure high quality data and insights
Develop and maintain complex Workday reports and dashboards, and establish data governance processes

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in Workday reporting and analytics
Advanced knowledge of Workday reporting tools and data governance best practices
Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques
Expertise in Excel/Google sheets and proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau
Understanding of SQL or other programming languages like Python or R
