Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Corporate Development Analyst
- M&A.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and refine corporate M&A strategy in partnership with
executive leadership
Manage and oversee transaction process and due diligence, including
outside advisors
Analyze financial modeling, valuation, and synergies
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree Preferred
3-5 years of applicable experience
Prior M&A experience, preferably in investment banking, private
equity, or similar corporate M&A roles
Excellent analytical skills with a proactive nature
Strong organization skills with a drive to meet deadlines
