for a: Sales and Operations Manager General Summary: We are seeking
an ambitious candidate to fill our Sales and Operations Manager
position for a commercial cleaning company. This position will play
a key leadership role in overseeing operations across multiple job
sites as well as expanding the business. Manage and develop staff,
maintain client relationships, and actively pursue sales
opportunities to grow the client base. Required Skills: 5 years'
experience in operations commercial, Experience in guiding and
developing staff to drive performance Excels in attention to
detail, organizational skills, and teamwork. Bilingual
(English/Spanish) preferred but not required Must be able to lift
up to 25 lbs. and engage in constant movement. Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Management: Establish and uphold high standards
for employee productivity and reliability. Address staffing
challenges while supporting growth and development Operations
Oversight: Oversee scheduling, shift coordination. Ensure
compliance with all safety regulations. Manage inventory levels and
procure supplies when needed. Sales and Client Development:
Actively pursue new business opportunities to expand the client
base and increase market presence. Lead contract negotiations and
pricing discussions to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
Financial Management: Track key performance indicators, identify
and implement improvements to increase efficiency. Ensure all
processes align with company goals, client expectations, and
industry. Benefits: Temp to full time Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm.
Must be available to work weekends as needed. Salary $20-25/hr. For
