Responsibilities: Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences (Do the
Right Thing): Engage with potential customers living in MDUs,
promoting the benefits of our fiber internet solutions and helping
them understand how it can enhance their lives. Provide accurate
information, answer inquiries, and address concerns, ensuring each
customer interaction is positive and transparent. Achieve and
Exceed Sales Targets (Own It): Take ownership of your sales targets
and work diligently to achieve and exceed them. Utilize your strong
communication and negotiation skills to close deals and make "gig"
the preferred choice for residents in MDUs. Achieve Sales Targets
(Earn the Opportunity): Deliver on ambitious monthly, quarterly,
and annual sales targets, driving the team towards consistently
high-performance results. Your determination and dedication will be
rewarded with uncapped variable compensation, advancement and
respect within the company. Embody Product Knowledge (Be
Authentic): Be a true expert on our fiber internet solutions and
other offerings, understanding the unique value they bring to MDU
residents. Showcase authenticity and genuine passion for the
technology we provide, building trust with customers and property
managers alike. Collaborate with Team Members (Work Together): Work
collaboratively with the National Direct-to-Consumer Sales Manager
and other team members to enhance sales processes, share best
practices, and collectively drive the success of the sales team.
Embrace feedback, offer support, and foster a positive team
environment. Requirements: Proven track record of success in
direct-to-consumer sales, preferably within the telecommunications
or technology industry. Strong interpersonal and communication
skills, with the ability to connect with customers and build
rapport quickly. Demonstrated ability to work independently and
take ownership of sales targets. A genuine passion for technology
and a desire to stay informed about industry trends and
innovations. Proficiency in using sales tools, CRM software, and
data analytics to drive sales effectiveness. High school diploma or
equivalent; additional education or relevant certifications are a
